It looks like your 12 year CA rates are $312? That is currently middle of the pack W/B FO rates will be in just a few months. With international pay ($5-$6 per hour on top of the normal rates) mid pack WB FOs make more than $312 per hour. 9 year 777 FOs at AA will make $212 when flying internationally in 2025.
I don’t see any CBA where middle of the pack WB F/Os make more than $312/hr?

your post doesn’t make sense. You mention they make more but then say 9yr 777 F/Os are at $212? In 2025

Legacy pay rates are almost all the same now.

In 2025 (a few months away), 9 year 777/787 FOs make $307.86. In addition to this, there is an international override when flying. This applies to most every trip as that is where the 777/787s fly. That means that the rate is more than $312 for 9 year WB FOs.

Currently 9 year FOs make $296, plus the international override. So it is a touch less than current top of scale captains.

The most junior WB FO at American right now makes $276.63 when crossing the Atlantic, and this will go to $294.65 in 2025.

There is no way that Spirit can cut pay by 20% and be even slightly competitive.

And that makes it more still then it was 3 months ago and the s and p is up 48% since he took office. Not saying he doesn’t suck or a recession isn’t coming but that is a dumb way to complain about a president who didn’t destroy the stock market as you claim.

He's destroyed the economy and in the process of destroying the middle class. The stock market is a leading indicator of where the economy will be in the future. So yes FJB has destroyed the stock market.

Lots of prognostication going on. I'll adhere to Buffet's strategy "be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful....". He sold about 1/3 of his Apple for a 900% gain...

I sold my TSLA at $250 a month ago, I just shorted the VIX this morning...

The market is being dragged by fear and the Nikkei.

They can and they will. If you haven’t noticed, the hiring boom is over. They couldn’t do it a few years ago, but they can now.

So do I stay here as NB Ca getting absolutely fisted under a BK CBA or leave for the bottom of a legacy at the beginning of a a downturn. Great choices 😂 both not awful choices but both not ideal either.

since hardly anyone wants tostart banging the drums to recall this horrible Negotiating Committee, nothing will change so best to leave. They will serve us another pile of sh%* in a few months saying company is broke take this or leave it.

just look at the fools now complaining how bad reserve is. Most of them voted YES on the POS CBA last round and some even still proud of that vote. They already have YES marked on the next one. Karma is a b tch.
