We're pretty much at the end, why wouldn’t you? Big “if” but stranger things have happened and it’s starting on the right track (with the extension). Unless of course the thought of frontier repulses you or you’re just not interested in the ride through the process.

Did Symbian man up and go to a regional yet?

If by regional you mean United, then yes.

Well, thats what is being negotiated. No one is just going to buy it as is.

How much do they dilute current equity holders, how much do bond holders take a haircut in exchange for some equity. Maybe bring in outside capital (a buyer) for 20-40% (or more) of company. etc etc.

You either do all this before bankruptcy where all the stakeholders can try to come to an agreement, or everyone says f you NO, and end up gambling the outcome of Ch11.

Similar to our contract negotiations vs arbitration. You stare each other down and drag it out until someone says enough is enough and you either settle a deal or you go to the arbitrator and everyone gets slightly F'd.

System bid: not sure how NK does it, but isn't there a standard/contractual time that the system bid is put out, or do they just do one whenever they like? SWA, for example, is every month, and we know down to the minute when it is posted, projected, and published. Just curious!

Every month, on the 20th, if there are vacancies/reductions.

Before we stopped hiring/upgrades last year, the vacancy bid consistently opened on the 10th and closed on the 20th.

The furlough cancellation bid from was 20th/30th.

I don't think there is anything contractual a schedule-wise except that it has to be open at least 10 days and effective on the 1st of the month.
