It took me 3 months to get the documentation that would eventually deem that I need to go on medical leave, during which time, I was grounded.

nothing had changed. The email even said that…

it’s the same as before you can ask for an upgrade when you get up to the gate. unless you have a longer than normal day as outlined in the CBA.

They don't hand out premium seats at D50. That's my point.
