My guess is a bankruptcy reorganization bringing labor rates (including pilots) back to 2019. I feel like I’ve seen this before (I have). It may or may not keep the company from going under but if history is correct, the pilots will gladly go along hoping for the best due to our seniority system. Then the other airlines will use these new low wages as leverage.
Although managers might argue that the industry THEY are in consists of SY, F9, etc vice the legacies.

Keep in mind, 27 of SaVE’s newest a320/321 CEO’s are secured through EETC’s and not subject to bankruptcy negations. They will likely be pulled in CH11 and found a new home quickly due to age. The holders of the eetc can chose to allow renegotiation, but unlikely in this aircraft market.
