IIRC the default in BK is to set union wages at "industry average", so that's not typically going to be a windfall for the DIP. Unless the entire industry is already in the pooper (not the case today).

Although managers might argue that the industry THEY are in consists of SY, F9, etc vice the legacies.

FFS, yes before it goes to a judge you can do whatever you want. We won’t do that probably so it will go to a judge, and then yes, you don’t get a vote.

Keep in mind, 27 of SaVE’s newest a320/321 CEO’s are secured through EETC’s and not subject to bankruptcy negations. They will likely be pulled in CH11 and found a new home quickly due to age. The holders of the eetc can chose to allow renegotiation, but unlikely in this aircraft market.
