I remember Robin basically saying something along the lines that any action of the DOT to block the transfer wont slow the merger down; he will keep them separate and pursue it in court. And from what ive read from experts, the DOT will have a hell of a time justifying this after a federal judge just approved the merger against the DOJ.

Mayor Pete just needs to keep Pocahontas at bay on this.

Anyone from NK help a brother out and send the latest seniority list? I have one from mid-2022 and wondered how much attrition there has been in the top half of the list.

An FO I used to fly with a lot who upgraded to captain a few years back is around 50% on the seniority list. Talking on the phone the other day he said he moved up about 40 places from the January seniority list. I think about half that are retirements, a few unfortunate deaths, I know one guy personally who medicaled out.

So as far as attrition, I think the answer you're looking for is not a lot from the top half.
