Default You would think…

… if management really thought the new TA would help recruiting, they would have updated the Spirit APC profile by now. Instead they are still showing numbers inferior to those of F9.

Seriously? You think Bendo is sitting around saying “let’s email APC again for an update on rates”

This site is ran by like 3 people and the owners collect ad revenue. I doubt they have a team working on pay updates in real time.

Nobody cares.

You’d think…..

A pilot looking for a job would do a little more research on what they should expect to be paid before applying with a specific company.

If you chose not to apply at NK because you saw undesirable pay rates, on an unofficial site, NK probably didn’t want you anyways. Most places wouldn’t want that guy.

Takes someone in recruiting 20 minutes to do an update of a one page profile, most of that cut and paste. And the target demographic routinely reads APC, as demonstrated by all the naive questions asked.

Look at how Sh!tty our IT and websites are. You think Spirit cares about APC when we still have phones crashing, 12 different websites for everything, and glitchy application systems.

You know you can send in an update to APC yourself, right?

There. It took me all of three minutes to update our pilot count on our profile page.

Exactly!

This has to be a new "face palm" for ExCargo posts. The fact he created a thread for it, thanks for the laughs.
