its not a contest, but if another airline signs with nothing but a pay raise, no loss of work rules and improvements in some areas, I’ll say “good job” to them too.

And raises both the baseline and expectations on further negotiations for the JCBA or resumption of CBA negotiations in two years (or less) if the JB deal falls through. It isn’t like somebody just shot your dog or something.

Might as well have. We literally just approved to make less than allegiant. How embarrassing.

Of course theirs will pass, decent pay raise, nice bonus and a snap up. I’ll just sit here and think of ways to spend my bonus now that the ta passed, oh wait……..

We can't even convince the company of the value of us as a pilot group. I doubt JetBlue will or there pilot group should have any respect for us at this point
JetBlues pilot group voted yes for scope concessions for a 3% raise… hard for them to throw stones with that glass house.

Please just post facts…. I’m not intimately familiar with Allegiant’s pay rates, I’m assuming you’re saying the ones on APC are wrong because it looks like Allegiants top rate is $230/ hour. I’d say the Spirit rates that just passed are significantly higher than that.

Um, this guy again? SOME of JB's pilots voted to give scope relief for the AA codeshare. Nearly half said no. Still not good, but let's not pretend they gave away 50-76 seat RJ operations like the legacies.

Lincoln is a clown; he is referring to the unsolicited rates Allegiant management sent to their homes, trying to circumvent the union, ala Bendo 2017. Lincoln is a slow study and doesn’t understand the many things their contract lacks and what the company offer lacked, like competitive retirement and any sort of LTD program, to name 2.

Yeah, just about time for all the dick-measuring and holier than thou $hit between the two pilot groups to be finished and for the two pilot groups to start working on the best JCBA they both can get, complicated by the fact NK people need to deal with a multi fleet mindset. And if the 321NEO isn’t a different category, the 321 XLR damn sure ought to be.
