Why do you chastise a rep for voting on the way out while you create threads telling NK pilots to replace the NC, while you’re on your way out?
I hope he is your sim partner.
You are going to Delta, cool. You can come down from the ledge now, we at NK can make our own decisions going forward without your “help”.

Exactly. DW wants to leave this place to go get his industry leading TA at DAL, all while he votes not once but twice for a rock bottom TA here as he heads out the door.

If anything, a Delta pilot would want a better deal for us, because it strengthens their position. Anyways, your scenario is made up. The reality is that he’s a seniority list pilot and hasn’t left the company yet. Something could fall through and he could stay. He has every reason to make this place better on his way out.

So the fact I am encouraging us to hold the line and get a better deal, all while waiting for my Delta class, you have a problem with. But the guy who is serving you a Sh!t sanwhich, also while headed off to Delta, you are ok with? Again, I’m just a regular old Line Captain. He is an ALPA Rep with clearly a conflict of insterest. But keep defending him, keep defending the NC, it works so well and has done wonders for the airline.
I’ll say that again, if he had abstained, it still goes to the pilots to vote. So nice misplaced rage there from you.
You’re acting like a clown. Be happy you’re taking your behind to Delta and starting a new chapter that you feel will be better. Screaming on a Spirit forum on why pilots need to do something, while you wonder if you’ll be on the 320 or 220 in ATL, is highly hypocritical and laughable.
Again, NK pilots will vote how we feel to take the process going forward and that’s how it will be, Yes or No, the majority will decide.
You will get your chance to cast a No vote for a TA you’ll never see, so you should feel proud for that.

He wants the best for all of us at NK, because that is what we elected him for, or he wants the best for all of us at NK, because the rising tide theory......
Which of those are a conflict of interest?
The fact that you don't think this TA is good enough has nothing to do with either.

I wouldn't give a cr@p, because that DL pilot was not a part of the NK union. Way to get of the reservation....
