Ah my bad then. We will still be underpaid regardless of how many people leave. And as more contracts happen that gap will only widen until F9 pilots get our due. War is coming for us.

I would really also like to see that. I wouldn’t accept but I’m at a different place in my life than a pilot with 100k+ in loans and less than 3 years in the market to know any better.

When I interviewed at F9, there were 3 CFIs from a ATP doing some sort of paperwork while I waiting to be called for the panel. I don’t know the exact numbers, but I bet it’s about the same as NK’s numbers for hiring CFIs.

I would say it hasn’t been long enough to trace a definite trend but I would say it seems to have helped whether we agree with the policy or not.
well no **** it helped. thats why they wanted it. so they dont have to give you anything to fix their problem.

Im in disbelief that any pilot would vote yes with that in there.

Meh, if everybody gets raises we will just be right back where we started. Except the bonus. That’s one big pile of crap. A good amount of pilots are leaving jet blue and AK with $90 per hour no? I might be wrong there. Don’t have the numbers. Regardless, it’s still not a provision I’m for in the future. I’m veeeery curious why the NK union went with it after all the vitriol I have read on this forum towards the policy.

I'm gonna go ahead a guess it has something to do with 12 year CA rates and instructor pay.

Was thinking pass with around 60-65 percent. I don’t see how anyone can vote yes now after seeing the B6 TA.

Yeah, I don't see how anyone can vote yes at this point.
