i just don’t see why you wouldn’t take the win and hold them to the fire for JCBA?
Because you are clearly new to the industry and have ZERO idea what you are talking about.

Default What a joke

Real Inflation is roughly 20% since the November 2020 election ……. So the roughly 15% pay “increase” we are being offered is actually about a 5% PAY CUT compared to two years ago…… INFLATION. INFLATION.
INFLATION combined with already LOW PAY will not stop attrition…….these rates show Spirit is not serious about paying our pilots industry standards and might actually increase attrition

How about an actual raise?? We will continue to be underpaid for maybe four or five more years before a Possible merger contract is completed?

I hope people are smart enough to reject this ridiculous offer!

I like how a lot of the benefits won’t even be seen until 2024. What a joke.

maybe because this isn’t a full contract? Just maybe? Can’t wait till all these new kids from ATP get to be involved with contract negotiations…

Because that wasn’t on the table to be negotiated.

Then you should know better and the fact that I have to explain it to you is really really sad. Where do you even currently work?

well merger in 2025. If it goes through. And JCBA 2026-2027. So not that near. Whatever we get we will be stuck with til 2026 BEST CASE. What will be A320 rates those years? 360-370 everywhere. Meanwhile we are at 312. This sucks. Vote no. Management can’t afford to keep losing pilots. They will come back to table in a few months with 2024 rates immediately and 5-6% on top of that for 2024. We need 312 top on 2023 and 330 top on 2024. And slope needs to be <4$

I’m year 7. And 271 DOS is awful
