Read the union FAQ. The company may not come back to the table, leaving us in a worse position going into the TPA and JCBA. Essentially, the less we have when we go to the table with JetBlue, the worse position we'll be in, as they will be giving us more.

Again, as said 1,000+ times in here, the merger isn’t a definite

How do they give us “more”? Are you saying that If we go into the JCBA getting paid less than JetBlue’s contract, we’ll end up in a worse position as a combined group? Doesn’t this mean we NEED snap up to anything JetBlue has prior to TPA/JCBA no matter how long it takes because the “worse position we’ll be in”?

I wish I could get my head around it. We will never get JB pilots to take a pay cut come JCBA for any of our contract qol, and we’ll “never” give up our qol according our most outspoken pilots (on all platforms). So the JCBA shouldn’t be affected at all since both groups seem to be willing to die on the hill…I really don’t understand what the “worse position we'll be in, as they will be giving us more” means.
