TA Reached

Perhaps. The problem is that 70% of economists predict the US will be in recession about the time the TPA/JCBAwill (perhaps) be happening:

That may actually decrease the leverage. Truthfully, there are no ‘no-risk’ options. Not saying you are necessarily wrong, just that “absolutely” is probably not the way anyone should look at it, pro or con. Just the known unknowables ought to cause people to agonize a little over this vote. Anyone absolutely sure they are voting correctly probably doesn’t understand the complexity.

So, what do you think of this TA in regards to the newbies? It still screws them over. It should be sent back for that reason alone.

We're already in one. It's just been re-defined.

Why, eleven (?) comprehensive agreements were already pushed back and forth across the table. You think number 12 will be the magic bullet?
Looking at this TA neither attraction OR attrition are fixed, so WHY did the company send it out way? Nobody has any idea! I take that back, there are ideas, but no facts to go with it. Time to look to the future and be done with these C-suite idiots.

It screws them over with regard to insurance and training pay - that’s true, but at least the rate rises to near industry standard. I would have liked the insurance fixed at least, but it is half a loaf which is better than none.

I appreciate all you YES voters getting the message out there on the campaign trail and on the line.
the polls are showing we are leading the NO voters in the swing bases (ORD, DFW, ATL) by 8.7 percentage points!! Let’s take this fight to the end.

Alright........I'm not losing it. I now know why I've seen duplicate posts by others in the past! My original attempt got flagged and wouldn't post right away.......so I tried again. Seems the word "des!re" must be a hot word!

Are you talking about the boomers? The generation with the greatest wealth building opportunity in history?

Heck no......the boomers understand the dollar. I'll just say that unlike some around here, I trust our NC. Personally I can't believe they continue their efforts with all the scrutiny and attacks they get from our group! Talk about a thankless group. Like Cinco said, there's a lot of kicking and screaming around here yet nobody wants to do anything but b1tch about it, or beat their chest and demand recalls! I've run into the tin foil hat members during the strike that were accusing certain reps being on "the take" from the company! What the hell are people smokin........I want some!!! Like I said, I trust the NC and they have seen the company financials. Cant get blood from a turnip!
