You think management will work during the holidays? I’d be surprised. I feel like a resounding “no” vote would give much more ammunition to the MEC/NC compared to telling the company “we don’t really want this agreement that we made a week ago with you anymore”.
Or are you worried it won’t be a resounding “no”?

I have no concern. Anyone with a spine and a brain would vote NO. I don’t think you quite grasp “time is money.”

Sentiment I got was mec plans to push through the vote despite being short on many fronts and recent events/pilot out cry.
A little surprised they are pushing so hard to get this passed even now after jet blue rather than pulling it and going back to the table for another week or two.
It’s gonna take several weeks to months to see another ta if this goes to vote and fails.

My fear is that this turd will pass by a small margin. First Officers and LEC 98, plus the “2 bites, get ‘em next time, get what you can now” crowd is over 50%, I believe. That’s why the union neg is still pushing it. Hope that I’m wrong.

Mid/Senior FOs got the shaft in this TA. Can’t imagine a majority of them for yes. Maybe before JBs was announced but definitely not now.

I was a "no"vote the minute I saw the TA, and
the JetBlue agreement solidified this for me last night. There is clearly nothing here for the mid to senior FO's. What concerns me is how they plan to attract pilots if JetBlue has better FO rates. Why would a pilot come here knowing there is a merger at hand and make less rather than just go to JetBlue right off the bat? You gain nothing, except maybe a new type rating to move on to a Legacy.

Two of the best quotes I heard today from a 3yr FO here…
“ “Building our legacy “ was never “get industry leading rates RIGHT NOW”
“ Not taking that gamble. I’ll take my extra 3k a month for the next 2 years then be on JetBlue rates.”
If we have people with this shallow and confused mindset we’re F’ed
