of course that’s all I did. You’ve spewed thousands of posts that are clearly nonsense and you do it because you either think people will find you funny or somehow insightful. They don’t… you preach about jackets and hats as you constantly make spew word vomit. You come across as a spoiled riddle kid who just got his first regional job and thinks that likability is achieved the same way it would be when you were 16. Ok I feel better now

It was also known that AA and UAL sent back better offers than ours and that JetBlue was in focused negotiations. It would’ve been completely naive for the NC to think something much bigger wasn’t going to coming from the other properties in short order.

Everyone’s gotta make their own informed decision. Clearly our rates are very low and not market by any means. I’m a no vote. Don’t need to go to a roadshow to hear them spout some propaganda. They haven’t had a roadshow yet after JBU TA. Nothing they say can make me vote yes for this. But to each their own. Spirit CANNOT go too long without first year pay raise. We absolutely will not go into TPA with 2018 rates. AA is having a TA in Jan along with very reputable rumors (if such a thing exists) that wholly owned will get AA seniority #s to stop them from leaving for other airlines. Spirit is not giving us a pay raise out of the goodness of their heart. They NEED this more than we do. So I’m a no vote. And I’m confident they'll come back with much higher. Also. Don’t listen to the crap about this is the best they can offer. It’s managements job to find the money. Raise ticket price. Ancillary fees. Wi-Fi. Whatever they gotta do. That’s not my problem. I know my worth. And our TA is a slap in my face. Union guys are trying to sell a turd to us. Make your own informed decision
don’t forget. Spirit is among the lowest paid majors in the country. They need to staff. They’ll do whatever they have to.

This post is spot on! There’s no way I’m worth $30 less an hour than my peers at JetBlue! The NK TA is now an embarrassment to the entire industry. I’ve gone from “yes” to “no”!

It's also why in my survey I specifically wrote - there is no benefit in being first to the table here.
Even a blind man could have seen this coming for Christmas sake.
