I’m beginning to suspect it’s some kind of a cult sexual fetish…

It seems like the slope is pretty much parallel from the start. Or should we pay new hires more on the front end only flatten out later? I personally don't understand your fixation with paying "newbies" more. You speak of fetish's yet absolutely NOBODY on this board preaches "newbie" pay more than you! I'm asking a serious question. If we have x amount of dollars to spread around, why not focus it more towards the upper ends where the pilots who want to call this place home for their careers will reap the benefits for many years to come vs increasing pay at the bottom for the pilots that simply want to use the airline as a type rating/stepping stone for a couple years then bail?

if they paid $150 x 75 it would help to keep new people coming in the door and then they would have no reason to offer the rest of the group more money. It’s a balance dude… paying people to stay is far more important than paying people to show up if you’re part of this pilot group. 100 + first year with benefits day 1 and CA pay around 300 plus is the contract you want. I want new hires to get what they deserve but no at the expense of those who have actually put in the work here.

I’m a solid no in case anyone’s keeping tally of the keyboard warriors. Amazingly it’s not because we didn’t get DAL pay. While the pay was disappointing enough, the fact that the other gains are dos+1 is a d-slap in the face. Add in the concession (yes it’s a concession just as a Miata is a sports car) on the 1st year pay flexibility and it gets worse. That’s all they want is butts in class and (now greater compensated) instructors to get them online ASAP. They don’t care if people make it to year 3 as Teddy and Bendoritis will be gone and millions richer by then.

This TA still has Spirit pilots as the lowest paid 320 operators in the country. I think the yes voters should ask themselves why it's acceptable to stay on the bottom?

The rates aren’t good but this isn’t accurate. Also, hate em or love em, some work rules like Red/Green, no minimum credit actually have a $ value associated with them and being we haven’t been negotiating for years and our CBA isn’t amendable, the entire point of this was was to increase our pay with work rules intact. This TA falls FARRR short of my expectations but the NC did what was asked. Either don’t come here, leave, or vote NO and get something better.

Which airbus operator pays less? I know you don't think you deserve less than others. So why accept less when we have all the economic power in this fight?

That is not true at all. This is higher than American, Southwest, frontier, and JetBlue

Old contracts. You can’t compare anyone that can reasonably be getting a contract very soon. Hell AA laughed at more than this already

Higher than AA, WN, and Jetblue for now. Frontier will probably continue to be lower lol.
