Is this the same pilot group that had 1 pilot run for FO LEC rep for DFW/LAS/IAH this year? One of the handful of people who get to vote on the AIP, 1 person runs. 1.

Now everyone wants to get involved.

Just checking…

Spirit has those same problems, plus hiring and attrition which is the biggest problem of all. It’s why we have an offer after 3 months of negotiating. United isn’t unprofitable due to staffing. Both companies have leverage, Spirit’s leverage is just more immediate.

None Ya….as in None ya damn business.

No wonder we get 1 person running for a rep position, who wants the headache of people like you asking for their names on a public forum, and you don’t even work for Spirit. This is 1 thing I’m glad Spirit does NOT do like the Legacy groups, make villain out of pilot volunteers.

It will pass, just like it did in 2018 when the same outrage made its way to these same forums.

Message to the “No” voters. 2018, now 2022. Get involved in the process if you’re tired of the results. You can’t get your head out of the hole once every 4-6 years, scream, and head back to darkness.

Like I mentioned, 1 person for LEC 77 Vice Chair. 1. Apathy is a SOB.

This coming from the same noob who trashed the No voters when he got hired on to Frontier. Which legacies do you have your apps out to? If your game is to enjoy short term pay raises until you fall into a pay scale that you never had to fight for once during your career, enjoy the ride on the coattails.

I voted no the last time around and never once trashed pilots who didn’t, but I did have many of them lament what we ended up with these past four years.

Good luck in your career.

How exactly would Spirit be the "lowest paid pilots in the US?"
