I don’t know man, Miata’s are getting more expensive these days. Like 27% over two years more expensive.

They have more of a reason to want to come back to the table than we do. They are bleeding pilots left and right outside of 1500 hour cfi's, regional pilots have very little reason to come here. As a company they need this more than we want it. Worse case scenario this drags out but the company will have to come the table with something better. Who knows though maybe I'm just a gambling man but this feels like the bare minimum they could have come with.

wouldn’t it be funny if the FedEx pilots came out of the woodwork to the Delta Forums to talk crap about their TA.

Risk of what? We vote no, Bendo hits the roof and turns over his desk in Miramar and with his face pulsating a deep crimson hue he screams “screw these greedy g*dd@amn pilots, they have survived on industry trailing rate for years… let them eat cake” and the walk away from the table.
Then recruitment and retention totally fall off when every single other airline pays more than Spirit first year, to the point where you could buy an Airbus type rating with the difference, it’s no longer a “free type”.
The planes keep showing up every month and the utilization drops even further. Profitability continues to elude and share price drops. I wonder if those sweet, sweet executive bonuses still get awarded if the the board votes them out before the merger ever happens…

Solid TA when you take everything into consideration and the scenario that faces us.
The company will not come back to the table as fast as some think, just realistically. Especially the blowhards talking about "cleaning house". How long do you think it takes to go through all that, then do more surveys (so the new negotiating committee isn't flying blind) and then schedule sessions, back and forth, more road shows, voting, etc.
Meanwhile you are losing out on thousands per month. Opportunity cost. Yea, you could probably squeeze out a few dollars more. Is it worth the time and the lost money?
Don't forget, the government takes half of any extra money you get by turning this down (income tax). An extra $10 per hour is more like an extra $5 per hour.
I thank the negotiating committee for their work and I trust them a hell of a lot more than the clowns on this message board beating their chests to make up for some very fragile egos.
