We can get a lot closer to delta than we are now. We’ve been negotiating for 4 months and are still a few months prior to our contract being amendable. We have a truckload of leverage here. I Can’t blame the NC or MEC, they set out to accomplish exactly what was asked of them, but the landscape has changed with Delta’s TA. I’m a no vote. TOO much leverage to not get some more money, more retirement, or some sort of snap up clause. Times are strange, this is not about self worth, inflation, or anything else. It’s strictly about leverage, and we have it now.

A lot of people need to be reading the small notes in the email that was sent about the TA.

there’s a lot of people that are under the impression that if we approve the TA and the JetBlue merger/acquisition falls through that we are stuck with this 2 year CBA.

You really have to read the details it says that if the Jetblue deal falls through we immediately go back to contract negotiations.

I think the intent of this TA is to bring us to JetBlue or a little bit better than JetBlue rates, Until the Jetblue/ Spirit pilot integration is complete.

let’s please have a realistic understanding of what this TA is about and be appreciative of its intent.

Question, if you fly an A320/A319, do you get the A321 override?

You think this TA will bring you up to or above JetBlue, "until the JCBA"?
