This TA is the ULCC benchmark pay. Like I have said before you want Delta pay you gotta wear da hat.

Yah, no... Spirit is not getting Delta rates. Hell, even UAL and AA can't get to Delta rates right now. Situational awareness is needed here. Spirit is a ULCC and cannot compete with legacies in terms or pay and benefits like ever.

Spirit will shrink without a pay structure that is competitive This isn't the good old days where the application stack at Spirit was a couple feet thick.
