At the end of 2022, A321 will account for 15% of the fleet. At the end of 2023 it will account for 18% of the fleet. Its increasing.
I don’t “what if” my landing calculations on best case numbers. And I won’t do the same with the override.

Haha...nobody does landing calculations, come on. KLAX 25L is plenty long for that 321 which pays that sweet override

I flew through the whole pandemic and I didn’t see any 321s…. I’ll update with when I flew it last and such if you’d like…

MONEY IS MONEY. You hear people yammering that per diem isn’t pay, but who wouldn’t prefer the Delta TA per diem to max out IRS allowed tax free per diem at every locale to what most of us are stuck with. Money is money. If it can put fuel in my Miata, I want it.
Correct money is money... But you can kiss goodbye to ever seeing anything near a Delta per diem or pay rate now or on a JCBA if we vote this garbage in.

I'll have to go back and look at my stubs but I remember getting less than 2%. This is my 3rd round of contract negotiations since coming to NK so chill.

For that matter, isn’t it base rate that applies to sick, vacation, premium, etc?
