So I’ve been a solid no on this TA since day one. But I’m curious.

Are there any people who were on the fence leaning towards yes that will now vote no if B6 comes up with rates that are higher than ours?

Alternatively, if you are still planning on voting yes if this occurs, what is your logic?

I’m in that camp. Was a soft yes. B6 rates will more than likely turn me to an easy no. I’m not expecting B6 rates/package to be spectacular but more than likely higher than ours. If that’s the case I’ll be a No.

Ditto. Too bad we have to wait almost a month before our vote even closes. Wish they could just take this new info and go back for another couple of sessions to enhance our agreement.

As a “short timer” here with a few years until retirement I was a “Yes” before the JetBlue TA. I wasn’t expecting another contract to happen before I left. I was looking at this as a two year bridge until the big merger TA. Even if the JetBlue TA is a nickel more than ours then I’m a “No” and the NK TA turd must be flushed. It’s the company’s fault for dragging their heals and continuing to use the 1980s negotiating playbook. They could have easily had this done back in July but now the goalposts have moved considerably. We must get exactly what the rates are in the JetBlue TA. Nothing less with no concessions.

Even if the B6 TA is underwhelming, which if they are burning the midnight oil I doubt it will be, there shouldn’t be a single captain here who wants to justify why we should trail the industry, AGAIN, for the next 2-3 years.

First year guys, I know it sucks, but we want better for you also. In fact the only remaining yes votes should glaringly indicate “I am a junior FO with apps out and anything we can get now benefits me the most”.

Does not pass by over 80%

My logic is I already got the “VOTE YES” tattooed on my @SS. And I’m too cheap to have it removed so I have to keep my YES vote.

The fact that they couldn’t at least squeeze in a snap up to JetBlue rates and that we would have to wait until 2024 to get a lot of the gains in this TA is insane. Hey but at least check airman, instructors and 12 year CA’s get theirs immediately… extra firm NO just to spite those greedy ******s

The 12 yr CA rates are still low for todays market. The check airman override is significantly lower than the United and AA agreements that got sent back.
