is this like a millennial thing? So this is like a super secret club you have to be added into? Wow I bet you have a pretty cool secret handshake that goes along with it.

I’d guess the majority of users in our telegram chats are gen x. You’d have fun there, lots of trolling. Ask around for an invite.

400+ in the AIP/TA chat and 900+ in the B6/NK chat so hardly a millennial thing. I'm starting to wonder if you even work here if you don't even just know about them let alone be in one. Everyone knows every base has a telegram chat EVERYONE.

Again Sprit's problem is not getting pilots in the door its getting them to stay. And the fear mongering of "oh what if they give out new hire bonuses!?" Should not be used as a scare tactic for your NK peers to accept a garbage TA which WILL have an affect on everyone else with their negotiations going forward including our future JCBA.

Correct but it’s that rate of attrition that is the problem. Case in point Southwest 20 years ago when they had their own come to Jesus moment and learned that had to pay to play.

Those chats may have a lot of members but it’s the same 20-30 blow hards repeating themselves over and over trying to rally people to vote no.
Almost everyone in my class say they’ll vote yes. I expect this to pass probably in the high 60% range maybe more depending on how the road shows go.
