Alaska is a 3-yr contract.
Alaska DOS payrate 9/1/22 12th yr CA is $306.
DOS+1 is 9/1/2023 = $318
DOS+2 is 9/1/2024 = $331
on 9/2023 and 9/2024, snap up by averaging big 4 pay AA, DL, UA, and SW. JetBlue included only if they get a new JCBA by then. So take rates of the big 4 on those dates, divide by 4, that’s the new hourly rate if it’s higher than 318 and 331, respectively.

But time isn’t on their side. We’ve taken a hit from inflation sure, but most of us are making our mortgage and boat payments. We will hold the line until we stop flying on the back side of the pay curve.
Meanwhile planes keep coming and pilots keep leaving. I’m prepared to dig in for the long fight. If the company is smart, they’ll stop tripping over dollars to save a dime. Maybe they got smart….

I agree and that is my standard as well, but my expectation for what we will see is probably going to be different than what we consider as the new standard, and I will vote accordingly.
