Was saying I read the FAQs and I don’t like the answers to how the Alaska TA will directly affect this shorter deal we are seeking. Sure doesn’t sound like Alaska rates are what they are going for this time around vs the “comprehensive”

Look I’m as anti woke/f your feelings as it gets but I think this is a nothing burger. The way the contract reads now, every time they make an example it’s worded like this.“ if a pilot returns to his domicile, he will be entitled to …. Blah blah blah”
everything refers to the pilot as he.
my guess is they are just gonna reword it to sound like
” if a pilot returns to their domicile, they will be entitled to…. blah blah blah”

Doesn't your contract, section 26 General have something like this:
J. Masculine Pronoun
Any masculine pronoun used in this Agreement shall be deemed and understood to designate any employee, whether male or female.
That's from my shop's current contract and my regional airline had a similar statement in the General section.
