I would like to have a non confrontational conversation with you about the topic, but I don’t know what your triggers are and I should also apologize upfront if my cis-gendered identity is a micro-aggression as I wouldn’t want my privilege to dampen your voice. I do however realize my lack of intersectionality most likely prohibits me from having any valid opinions, but it’s also true that silence is a form of violence. Please just tell me what to do, inevitably my mere existence will offend everyone, and to atone for my sin of being born with infused privilege I should commit some painful method of suicide like Hari Kari… but that would be cultural appropriation
Finger claps.

It actually does affect me bc instead of someone with a vote being engaged and concerned about the actual things that matter and are quantifiable in a CBA we have someone submitting a question about the CBA language itself being more inclusive. Eye on the ball!

We are talking about securing gains of tens thousands of dollars and someone wants to know if we will score an extra nickel or dime for this two year agreement.

Do you actually think that Stuart or Paul (can’t speak for the noob, but he’s been beneficial elsewhere), are gonna spend negotiating capital on this BS?! Take a breath, drink a beer…. All is well….
