It actually does affect me bc instead of someone with a vote being engaged and concerned about the actual things that matter and are quantifiable in a CBA we have someone submitting a question about the CBA language itself being more inclusive. Eye on the ball!

Second prize for the stupid question award goes to the question about per diem increases.

We are talking about securing gains of tens thousands of dollars and someone wants to know if we will score an extra nickel or dime for this two year agreement.

Per diem needs to at least double though.
