Do not hesitate to leave a regional to go to a major, especially NOW when regionals are curtailing their operations. Better to be at NK or F9 flying your@$$ off as an FO than on reserve barely flying because the company no longer has enough CAs to keep their operations going enough to get the FOs the 1000 hrs they need to upgrade.

The landscape is becoming littered with the carcasses of dead and dying regionals and an A320 type and hours makes you a lot more attractive should you want to move on to a legacy than a CRJ type does.

No doubt, it's like why are we trying to convince this guy to come to Spirit if he is not intelligent enough to make the decision on his own. Do we want somebody who is just going to jump ship at first available opportunity at this point? Maybe we should just let him make the wrong decision.

The jump from a Regional to Spirit is much greater then the jump from Spirit to a Legacy. Stay at your Regional dude and see how well that works out for you. Don't really give a **** at this point.
