Yup. That appears so. The word before was May is when we would see the changes but clearly that ain’t happening. Wonder how many meltdowns in May.

It probably doesn’t fix the issues, but it probably does staff their Florida bases in a way that we can start doing turns out of them every day as the standard schedule.

In theory, but most of these displacements will be commuting into the belly of the beast.
