As of now how long can one expect to sit reserve in ORD and LAS before getting a line.
I understand it's a moving target and anyone's guess but any estimates are appreciated.

What rumor is this? Is this something Spirit specific, or the “Frontier closed ORD so they’re going to close it for spirit after the merger too.” rumor?

That combined with the decrease in upgrades is certainly putting a dent on those times coming down post-COVID.
