Default Prd pria

Hello all,

In regards to the PRD PRIA paperwork, does NK contact the previous employers directly for records or do they just get the info from the PRD database?
Just asking cause I have not yet advised my current employer about me leaving, and would not want them to find out from a PRIA request first. Just to plan it out.
TIA

PRD is not an approved PRIA replacement yet.

When I sent my packet in I was in your shoes as well. They asked me to put a note on the packet with the requested date to contact previous employers. They honored the request. I believe they want at least 3 weeks prior to your start date to begin the research.

The background process is such a pain in the a**. They made me send my stuff in like 5 times and I’m like are you kidding me? I’ve sent all of this. Especially when you’re on your flight to start training and you’re like well I hope all this comes back good because I quit my job. Half my class didn’t get theirs cleared until like the day before sims. I think this is currently industry wide though considering half the country is jobless not wanting to work. It’s the outsourced companies.

Like wow, that like, sounds like, well, like really hard-like. Like, dude. They made you send your stuff? Like, really? So many, like, times? It's like, a regulatory requirement. You'd better, like, get used to it. it's like that.

He’s right, I went through a similar situation and it was really stressful while trying to do sims making $1700/mo with no healthcare. I had to send mine in around 5 times and redid the same page 3-4 times.

You could like go diddle yourself. Like that isn’t something new for you. Like I’m sure you like already knew that.

had the same experience over a year ago. Guess some things don’t change.
