Apply to both, go to whomever calls first. Have a CJO from both? Go to whichever has a base you live in/ want to live in. If it’s still a push, you’re going to make more money at LUV, but you’ll *probably* have a better QOL at NK and will *probably* upgrade faster at NK aswell.
as always YMMV and whats good QOL to me might not be to you. And upgrades are never certain or guaranteed.

This forum is populated by the same 7 people who slipped through the cracks. Faster upgrade at spirit, maybe better benefits and overnights at Southwest? I don't know much about it. You won't have anywhere to eat your lunch on a 737 though.
