I must say, I’ve sent in maybe half a dozen letters to the email address and zero, none of those people ever got a call for an interview. None of those people had bad records or didn’t meet minimums. Our internal rec process is one of the least effective ones I know of. We need a blue dart type program.

Done the entire email referral, nothing. Missed out of some good guys.
