Is it worth it to make the move over from the ACMI world? Are you guys expecting a new contract before the merger?

Depends on what you want out of life. They are totally different jobs. Time will tell…

This is a look into all things spirit. You aren’t getting called bc if a department at HQ needs ten people it has one. If it needs 50 it has 5. Then five leave and it has zero. Total dumpster fire

Is there another email/way to reach out to someone? Or is a ghost a TBNT but they just forgot to tell me?

Default phone screening

Just received a invite to do a phone screening. Submitted my app few weeks back and got the invite. Anyone have info on what I can expect on this phone screening process and any feedback would be appreicated. Can inbox as well if you like.

Unless things have radically changed, it is mostly HR/TMAAT/Why Spirit.

You'll be asked why you want to leave your current job? walk me through your resume? WHY Spirit? Then your basic HR questions like any accidents, check ride failures, any DUI/drug etc. If you make it passed that you'll be invited to FLL for in person interview, they tell you the dates they have available before you hang up. Good luck.
