I attended the MTC in SLC a week ago and received the cjo today. I guess some people were given same day CJOs and others like me finished our interview after HR left for the day and were told we would receive a call sometime in the next week. If you’re on the fence about going like I was.. just go and see what happens! Excited to join the team

Hello there, I met a friend at the MTC a few months back. I walked out with a CJO and he was called a few business days later to set up a in person interview at HQ in Florida. After he interviewed in person, I believe it took him almost 2 weeks to receive a CJO. I hope that helps. I know waiting around is stressful.
Update, I got the CJO phone call today.
excited to start. Looking at a November class date

Recommendation
To add to the above, why anybody is recommending their friends or acquaintances to come here is just crazy! We are literally the lowest paid (maybe someone has a chart demonstrating such) pilots of any major airline. On top of that management is doing nothing to rectify our attrition problem or really making any effort it seems to fix any of our problems.
