Regionals are entry level. Sorry if that hurts your feeling. It’s entry level because it’s where people get their experience to move on. Spirit is becoming a pseudo entry level step from the regionals to a legacy, so at least I can see reality for what it is, and not think SkyWest isn’t what it is, entry level regional operator who operates legacy feed for less than legacy rates.
Not wasting my time with this debate.

Show me on the doll where SkyWest hurt you!

Nobody said the pax don’t matter, Captain False Equivalency…. He said SkyWest is an entry level job, which it is. So is Envoy. So is Mesa. So was ExpressJet.

You demonstrated proof of concept yourself by jumping to NK from OO.

I’m aghast that a comment like that sent you into such histrionics. Nobody is insulting you personally here.

That’s called good luck. Ain’t nobody on Earth who’d take a gig at Skywest over Spirit.

I talked to few guys at SLC meet and greet and they were offered CJO. I haven’t hear anything back yet. How long I do wait to assume I didn’t get the job?

Hello there, I met a friend at the MTC a few months back. I walked out with a CJO and he was called a few business days later to set up a in person interview at HQ in Florida. After he interviewed in person, I believe it took him almost 2 weeks to receive a CJO. I hope that helps. I know waiting around is stressful.

Does anyone know the current wait times to start training if you receive a CJO? Thanks!

1-2 months I'd guess. Buddy got his CJO early to mid June I believe, he starts in a week. Should arrive with Limits, Memory items, and flows in your head already.

I attended the MTC in SLC a week ago and received the cjo today. I guess some people were given same day CJOs and others like me finished our interview after HR left for the day and were told we would receive a call sometime in the next week. If you’re on the fence about going like I was.. just go and see what happens! Excited to join the team
