He only had an associate's degree and with less than 1500h. He also told me he had nothing special on his resume. At this point, I am updating my resume and trying to figure out when is the next meet the chief for spirit.

They stopped doing the Gallup this past Winter. IT is nonexistent here so they haven't and won't clean up the application system to reflect it.

2 attempts to make it to base. Call scheduling after the first attempt and they may give you positive space.

After 2 attempts what happens? Are you totally off the hook like zero discipline if it routinely happens as long as you make two attempts

You’ll get another reserve day added to your schedule later in the month or you’ll lose that day of your trip if not reserve.

Call CS after attempt 1. CS will either tell you to keep trying, or buy you a ticket. If you don't get on your 2nd, CS can tell you to stay home, (but you lose the credit), or put you on reserve. Can use it every single trip, never any questions.

Default Application

Was poking around the application page about a month ago and it was asking my hours and what not…went to apply today and did not run across that same information. Did it change or did I miss something?

Default Phone Screening

Did the phone interview 8 days ago and have heard nothing. I have read about Spirits notorious IT issues, but does this smell like a TBNT? Thanks guys for all the info you share here!

Maybe they could hear through your answers your APC screen name and thought you’d be a flight risk…
