Well, did a MTC. Was short, he just ran through a couple questions (identical to the online app) and filled out the paper application, said my resume looked great and asked if I had any questions. Then said they didn’t have anymore interview slots for the day and I should get a call.
Not a tbnt I suppose, but it felt like it.
Anyone else have a similar experience.

So, who knows what will happen.

I was pretty lucky as I was one of the first MTC slots today. Chief pilot said to me that interview slots were extremely limited. Asked me to interview, got CJO immediately after with a class date on 6/13. So if you are going to one of these events, try to get the first or second time slot, I think the odds will be greater you can interview that day.

Because these forums helped me I feel obligated to help as well.
Attended MTC early April, talk to a chief for 5-10 min about resume, training failures, and any questions you have. He liked it and asked if I wanted to interview that day. Of course I said yes, waited about an 1.5 hours and was interviewed by 2 like pilots. For interview info it’s right off of aviationinterviews.com. Lasted about 15 min. Overall one of the most laid back and easier interview processes I’ve had. They want you to be there and want to hire you.
My stats:
Total Time: 1920
part 121: 950
no pic.

Good to know. I applied through the website, got the phone screen, and then the TBNT. No specific reason, just a "highly competitive employment market." I'm curious as to what the phone screen is even for.
