Pretty much this. I’m on the border of upgrading at my regional but the way I’m looking at it is where I’d rather be if the hiring frenzy stopped. Whether it’s my final stop or just another stop is TBD. Plus, you can only put so much stock into the doom and gloom on here. I’m willing to bet NK is not even a fraction as bad as any regional.

Fading a medical bankruptcy while getting paid $1700 a month is brutal.

It was a lot harder than I expected. Plus those first 90 days without healthcare was scary.

Is there somewhere to sign up for a MTC or is it an invite only?

Lies lies and more lies. You still are covetd by Cobra for 90 days. If you have a medical emergency all you have to do is pay the premium. And you don't need to make a payment unless you need medical attention.

Thanks
I'm curious about this as well. Applied about couple weeks ago, but still showing under review.

How is that a lie? Sure cobra exists but coming up with $7000 on the drop of a hat to activate cobra in month 3 is nerve wracking. All I said was it was scary so stop trying to misrepresent things.

it sucks and it’s stupid we “professionals” go without company sponsored health care. You can Stockholm syndrome this if you want but between that and **** pay things are difficult here the first year.
