Is that allowed to just show up unannounced? I was under the impression it was invite only.

Have no idea, never been to one. Just spitballin here because nobody can really give you an answer to your original question. Response times have ranged from same day to never. Not sure what else to say. People assume that just because there is some attrition going on right now that anybody with a pulse can get hired at Spirit right now but that is simply not true.

Yes I do. I update it every few weeks as well when I’m done with a trip.

How are you updating it? They have to send you a new form to update your hours. Are they doing that every week?

Interesting. My only guess might be that perhaps the slots are full? Also, they’re on the heels of a MTC event in BWI, so maybe the team is just busy handling the back end of that paperwork?

Keep updating it and keep emailing them. If you have a friend at Spirit have them submit a resume and cover letter along with a LOR to the hiring team. Someone did this for me and I got an email invite to MTC within 2 days.

I submitted an app for FO position and under status it says "Pending Completion of Gallup Assessment". Am I suppose to get an email to complete this? Not sure what to do.
