Right now, no….but possibly down the road.

go for it bro, who knows how desperate we’ll get. Hopefully not though and don’t take that personally.

Lowest we had in my interview group was 1900 TT but they had 900 SIC 121.

The hot spot seems to be 2200-3000 TT pilots right now. Senior FOs who haven't quite upgraded.

The only 1500TT I think that'll happen are direct from the ATP program which won't be many.

In all honesty if you haven't completed a 121 initial training before this, you're going to struggle. This isn't a regional and they won't spoon feed you what you're going to have to know.

On airline interviews someone had around 1700tt and a good bit of jet experience, NO atp. Job offer contingent on them getting atp on their own.

I said something like this once on here and got blasted. Everyone made it through in my class just fine. Maybe some struggles but we made it through.

Just noticed the ole application status changed from “under review” to “pilot interview event” 5 days ago (attended SLC MTC early Feb). Haven’t heard anything though from recruiting or anyone. Anybody else have any insight or a similar change?

That’s happened to a few people on this thread from past MTC. They said it could be a couple of weeks. I heard back on the 14th, but I wouldn’t say you should lose hope yet.

Have they stopped requiring the Gallup? 2200 TT and almost 500 121 sic and my app is under review but I never took the gallup and have been looking through all my email folders for it.

Sounds like going to a MTC may be what I’m missing.

I’m at 2400 TT with 875 TSIC. Besides continuing to build hours, any other recommendations to become competitive?

Only failure was a CFI initial back in 2016.
