Kinda disagree in parts. Literally look at the fos flying the line. Allot of 50 + from some defunct airline. Again they won't leave will settle and not cost the company much

I'm saying the proper answer to "Why Spirit?" shouldn't be "my age makes this my final destination." That has nothing to do with Spirit. You gotta come up with something better than that (culture, schedule flexibility, love the color yellow).

thats probably not going to work.
if you can even believe it i had many reasons to come here and let them know that and was hired fairly quickly after the interview. was never asked well what if united calls tomorrow. now im just wishing united would call.
anyways its definitely something to think about on your next interview with frontier. go in with some ammo and then get the job

I think he's just saying the obvious key issue now is whether you want to stay so as you stated about your age etc. Maybe not the best I guess. Just apply to frontier !!! Same company

All I’m trying to do is point out they’re not as desperate as everyone thinks and it’s not so much your experience either. Another pilot I know at the same event got the CJO with only regional FO time. I’m in my 40’s not knocking on heavens door hopefully.

any pic time? if so revert back to step 1. they dont want to hire with PIC if they can hire someone without it who has much less of a chance to leave.

Guess thats my downfall. Too many type ratings and TPIC time. Who would of thought we’d see a time someone was overqualified for a ULCC?
