If this is such a sinking ship, and you are so convinced you can easily score a legacy job, why don’t you have the balls to quit and focus on that 100%?
Hey im just waiting but I think about 50% of my new hire class is gone already. Plus every other fo I meet either has their apps out and or has an offer already. I'm a bit late as I only put my app in again in January. Well see but ahain just look at alpas email on attrition. Then look at how many upgrades are on for next month. You can't deny people are not coming in but are in fact leaving. If you want to deny this for the sake of sounding important good for you but ultimately just wrong. I'll say it again that the age 50+ captains here are delusional

They both suck but is paying for lodging worse than 1500$/month and no insurance for 3 months? I’ll pay for a crash pad all day before that.

You’ve received a paycheck this entire time, twice a month, under the provisions of the contract you knew about before you took the job. What promises were made to you that were not kept?

The same company worked with the pilot union and staved off furloughing any pilots to make sure you continued getting a paycheck when other airlines put pilots out of work.

But it’s not functional in ANY way whatsoever? Sure there are problems here and improvements to be made, but these assertions just sound stupid. You functionally had a job, and continue to have one despite all the failure you ramble on about.

good job man, have you had any training failures? I heard they won't hire you if you had a training failure in the past 5 years.

So because they didn't furlough but now sold the rug from under us your ok with that. Ok I'm sure you'll be a help come time for negotiation. Again you have the over 50+ been at 3 airlines and this is the best thing you've ever had stink all over you. In your eyes this company can't do any wrong and you'll go down with the ship. Your exactly the worst person to even have a vote

Thanks! No failures here. One non PRIA event at my current airline, but they didn’t make it feel like a big deal in the interview.

They're obviously not as desperate as everyone thinks they are. I have around the exact same times as you and still got the TBNT.

What did you say when they asked you why you wanted to be here ? Did you seem sincere enough or did they see you wanted to use it as a stepping stone

I mean fair enough but that's the only thing I could think of
