But I don’t understand… I mean, you’re already flying the 320 with experience. That automatically qualifies you for a legacy job by your own admission, it’s a foregone conclusion. I mean, all these guys are coming here and leaving six months after they are typed… what gives?
If this is such a sinking ship, and you are so convinced you can easily score a legacy job, why don’t you have the balls to quit and focus on that 100%?

The same company worked with the pilot union and staved off furloughing any pilots to make sure you continued getting a paycheck when other airlines put pilots out of work.
But it’s not functional in ANY way whatsoever? Sure there are problems here and improvements to be made, but these assertions just sound stupid. You functionally had a job, and continue to have one despite all the failure you ramble on about.

good job man, have you had any training failures? I heard they won't hire you if you had a training failure in the past 5 years.

You’ve received a paycheck this entire time, twice a month, under the provisions of the contract you knew about before you took the job. What promises were made to you that were not kept?

I mean fair enough but that's the only thing I could think of
