Nope because he's hireable anywhere else and he would leave the second united or whoever came through. Just like the new atp program if you have no pic time or otherwise not enough for the majors right now nkf9 will hire you. It's really that simple

Better pay/retirement obvious career progression over a regional. I'm mid 30s, would like schedule flexibility and a shot at living in base again (ATL)

I have two friends in different new hire classes now with 1000+ PIC, one with a 135 background and one a former regional captain. One did a MTC and the other didn’t.

So tell us then. How soon after they get their 320 type ratings are they leaving. The problem is still the same. Good luck to both of them they almost just guaranteed a cjo with a major by coming here

Yep the sad part is I wanted to come here then after sometime watching inept management and then getting sold well yeah your right. No call yet and it is scary that I might have to be here any longer
There has been absolutely 0 to prove to me that this place is functional in any way whatsoever. The only thing I know is that mgmt does not invest in the workforce and love to save money. That equals 1 thing. Concessionary contract here we come.

If this is such a sinking ship, and you are so convinced you can easily score a legacy job, why don’t you have the balls to quit and focus on that 100%?
