Vaccine doesn’t keep you from getting covid or spreading covid. Does it keep you from dying? Who knows but to put it bluntly spirit probably doesn’t care if you die. I’m sure they’ve done the math and since you won’t be prevented from going out on covid leave or giving it to another employee and them going on covid leave, what’s the point?

So yeah no vax mandate unless they are forced to mandating it saves them money in some way.

I got the vax and still got a not fun version of covid. Most likely got it from a fully vaxed fellow pilot. I also probably spread it to another fully vaxed pilot.

Impossible… this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated. Former VP Biden told me so.

Wasn’t trying to make it political just saying a vax mandate doesn’t save spirit any money. If I ever does you can bet there will be one.

Vaccine side effects pretty much manifest in the first couple weeks, no? Is there a vaccine out there that has possible side effects that don’t show until years after the shot?
