Guy I personally know just got hired by Spirit. Has never sat in the left seat of anything turbine. 1 year at 121 regional. Yes it’s happening.

yawn...I personally know plenty of people who have been hired at American Airlines years ago that have never been in the left seat before

they did have some privilege and it wasn’t white male privilege....hmm maybe it was their good SAT scores in college 🤔

Agreed, we are certainly not going to be the only ones doing this. While I dont like that this is happening, I certainly dont think it is the end of the world.
