Meet the Chiefs and hiring process

“Thank you so much for reaching out. What is your current Multi-Engine time? The resume submitted online does have a time that is a lower than our minimums and we do require candidates to meet those in order to attend our events.
Best regards,
Spirit Talent Acquisition Team”
Hence the posted question specifically about minimum multi time to attend a MTC event, as opposed to getting hired.

Hi everyone, I live in South Korea and would move to the US soon. I have flown total 2100hrs which includes 1100hrs for AF military fighter jet(as PIC) and 1000hrs for A320 as FO. My nationality is South Korean but has green card for eligible to work in the US.
I’ll have ATP/CTP course in next month and hopefully would get full ATPL by next FEB.
I don’t know I’m competitive for regional airline or could get a chance to Major like Spirit directly?
Or, is it too hard to get a chance to foreigner?

but there are plenty of pilots here that have been hired with experience from foreign airlines from Asia, Central and South America, and Europe.
so you wouldnt be anything different.

Any ways to figure out where you're at in the app review process? Or tips to check up on it? Theres absolutely no contact info for anyone or recruiters or even an email that I can find, or a way to update my hours. I applied last February when apps opened up again and took a Gallup. No indication whether it was positive or negative, and that app has always said "under review." In December I had a friend submit an internal rec, and I poked around all over trying to find a way to update my app, couldn't find a way to update any hours, but uploaded a new resume. I checked back after the holidays and my dashboard was blank, kept telling me to update an employment profile but that it "hasn't been submitted to any jobs yet." I was stumped by this, so I just searched for an FO position, hit apply, and it populated all my info and then let me update the totals. Now it takes me to a dashboard with my current app, and the one from nearly a year ago. They both say "under review."
Is there something I'm missing? I'm not god's gift to flying and I'm not expecting them to pick up the phone and call me the next day, just a bit perplexed. I've had friends with the same or less hours/recs/whatever getting calls and MTC invites and interviews, meanwhile I'm not even sure if/when anyone has looked at my app last year or this new one I submitted. Anyone got an email they can DM to reach out to someone to make sure I didn't goof up on my app?

I received the MTC invite and my app status changed to 'Pilot Event Interview'. Anyone else see the same thing? The MTC was just a get to know you/resume review with you I thought. I'm preparing as through it turns into an interview of sorts, but any insight on this?
