Seriously, check your SPAM filter AND that of your internet service provider. You wouldn’t be the first to have something shortstopped there.

Yeah I got an email maybe 5 days later confirming they couldn’t invite me due to a failure a year ago unfortunately. Sorry to hear about yours. Just keep trying. I will do the same.

So I tried a different email account and got an invite!

I'm preparing now for the event. For those of you who went to one of these things, what did you do to prepare that you think really helped you out?

I'm planning on:

Explaining why I want to go to Spirit/Why Spirit?

Explaining previous checkride failures

Reviewing the training footprint/bases senior vs bases junior

Explaining how I've helped my current employer (trust with a little trust with a lot)

Trying to learn about the CP I'll meet with, and try to learn from them about what kind of opportunities Spirit has for a pilot. Like do they have Project Pilots etc etc.

Anything else I should be focusing on? Thank you!

5 minute elevator speech on your resume, then be able to hold a conversation about Spirit/being a pilot/life long enough to for the guy/gal interviewing you to figure out if they could stand 4 days in a cockpit with you.

Has anyone heard of a minimum multi engine requirement to get a MTC invite? Thanks.
