Greetings all,

Finally ready to make my move and become one of Ned's kids (4000+TT/ 1100TPIC121/ E170 Instructor/ Bachelor's). Excited to finally get my stuff in a week ago, a bit late to the party but one step closer. I doubt I'll hear anything in December but what kind of time frame have people experienced as of late? I emailed about MTC in December but apparently they're all full for the rest of the year.

Default Meet the Chiefs and hiring process

Greetings,

Finally ready to make my move and become a kid of Ned's (4000+TT/1100TPIC121/E175 Instructor/ Bachelor's). I finally got my stuff together and applied a week ago, a bit late to the party but excited nonetheless. I doubt I'll hear anything in the remaining month of 2021, but I'm curious what kind of time frame have recent applicants have experienced as of late? I emailed asking about MTC for December but they're full up.

Curious what kind of time frame new applicants have experienced with regards to an interview as of late. The MTC's are full for the rest of 2021 according to the email. Are applications expected to remain Under Review until completion of an MTC?

I’ve got a friend of a friend who’s been a big help with information, although I didn’t put this individual on my application or anything but hopefully I’ll get an internal recommendation. It seems like a great fit for me and the family as it checks all the boxes. People seem happy whenever I jumpseat as well.

There’s an email, I believe it’s in this post towards the beginning. I emailed them last week and they told me 2021 is full(think there’s one of Dec 2)

You don’t need to go to a MTC to get hired. Plenty of people never attend one. It’s just another way to get your resume looked at.

I feel like my app isn’t even getting reviewed as the “last update date” isn’t changing from the date of applying. MTC seems the only hope to maybe change this.
