Yup, Lawsuits are already beginning... this should be an open and closed case. Based on recent Federal court rulings that sided with private companies over the CDC overstepping their boundaries, i give it a few months before we see rulings that block this government mandate.

I'm not sure how you came to the conclusion all the links I posted were "obviously biased fake news sources" That's an easy dismissal of a lot of factual information. Within many of the articles are links to the source data that you can verify yourself.

Although I am glad you are on the side of not mandating forced vaccines.

That's the nature of "at will employment", a company can terminate you for any reason at any time unless the reason is proven to be that it was for your race, age, gender, or sexual orientation.

Union contracts complicate that a little, but most likely anyone who refuses to get vaccinated or exercises their right to not disclose their status will be placed on unpaid medical leave. This is what United is already doing, and I can't imagine they'd be doing it if their army of lawyers weren't sure it was legal.

Depends on what you call "mainstream". Please don't come back with CNN, MSNBC, Washington Post, etc. because those sources has swung far more to the left the Fox News ever did to the right. I mean they took what Fox News did and went full reta@#. All because the Orange man called them a bad name. boohoo. However I think we can all agree that no matter how crass Donald was, Biden's presidency so far has been an unmitigated disaster and makes Trump look like Abraham Lincoln. The "anybody but Trump" strategy has backfired into America's face.

Here are the numbers you cant refute. There is absolutely no information about possible side effects for these vaccines past about a year. Not a single living soul has any idea what they will be 5 years down the road. Or 10.

The union will bend over and take it on this. There are already reps publicly salivating over he possible payout. The company already knows what it wants to do and the union already know how it will respond. This survey is nothing more than a trial balloon and means to start floating the idea.
