I had some app issues as well. Make sure you are going to the correct site-not from the link on the spirit website(it sends you to an old site that they don’t use). Manually type in careers.spirit.com
From the menu, do not click “login”. Click “careers portal”. Also, if you used an iPad or iPhone to apply, find a computer and check every line of your application. When you login on a computer, there are entries that you can’t see on your iPad.
I frustrated myself with this process and the above seemed to help. Any other questions, feel free to ask. I need to pay it forward. I got the job offer today and am ready to help those out coming behind me.

Oh crap. I been having issues too and now I wonder if this is why. So if you click careers after going onto the spirit website it brings you to a place they don’t use?

When I type in the careers.spirit.com it brings me to the same place. At least it appears the same.
Thanks again for any help. Much appreciated.

Looking back at this thread and your posts, I'm by no means an authority but I'd say just keep trying as un-annoyingly as possible. Seems like, they like persistence and 3000 hours, but that is just my humble uninformed opinion. I was at the 9/20 MTC, interviewed and hired. I first started applying at Spirit in 2017. I did one of those interview prep things to smooth out my sales pitch but I concentrated on being myself, sincere and honest as much as possible so that I didn't sound like everyone else walking in the door. The Chief actually noticed that I used very high quality paper when printing my resume. Did any of this stuff I'm talking about even really matter? I have no idea but I did get the job even though I was soooo nervous in the interview that I was stumbling over my answers... Good luck !

I also went to the MCO MTC and haven’t heard anything yet. All I know is recruiters are reviewing applications for those who went to the event.
I haven’t gotten any TBNT email so that’s a good sign haha
