This is old data but during BC (Before COVID), people were getting invited for the interview about 3-4 weeks after the event. Obviously you will get called sooner if you have more competitive time and background.
I'm hoping to hear back before the LAS MTC.

I'm scheduled to go to the MTC later this month in LAS and was wondering a couple things. First, I updated my application a couple days ago with a new resume and today, after I got the MTC invite, I went back on the Spirit website and saw that my app is missing. All it says is "You have not submitted your profile to any jobs." Has this happened to anyone before and should I message recruiting to inform them about it?
This next one may be a stupid question but when I was selecting a time for the MTC, it says that all times are in eastern. With it being in LAS and selecting the time slot I wanted, I would imagine that it is actually at that time (local) that my meet and greet would be, not eastern. Especially since it's between 9am and 3pm. Am I correct?

That is apparently pretty common and happened to me as well. If you clear your cache or login to your profile with a different browser, the app will show back up. It's still there.

I had some app issues as well. Make sure you are going to the correct site-not from the link on the spirit website(it sends you to an old site that they don’t use). Manually type in careers.spirit.com
From the menu, do not click “login”. Click “careers portal”. Also, if you used an iPad or iPhone to apply, find a computer and check every line of your application. When you login on a computer, there are entries that you can’t see on your iPad.
I frustrated myself with this process and the above seemed to help. Any other questions, feel free to ask. I need to pay it forward. I got the job offer today and am ready to help those out coming behind me.

Is there a way to tell if they pulled my app and reviewed it? I have heard that "update date" on career portal changes when they do it.
